Shipping Location

All orders will be shipped from our Zhongshan Warehouse, but for certain products, we also have stock available in our U.S. warehouse, allowing for faster delivery within 4-7 business days.

We currently ship to the following countries:

Processing and Lead Time

In-stock items: Orders for in-stock items will typically be processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note, there may be slight delays for orders placed over the weekend.

Customized orders: Lead time for custom orders is usually 1-10 business days after payment confirmation. Again, please expect some delay for weekend orders.

Delivery Time

Packages smaller than 40": These items are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS and typically arrive within 5-9 business days.

Packages larger than 40": For oversized items, we usually use ocean shipping, which typically takes about 21-30 days. We will communicate with you in advance if your order requires ocean freight.

Note: If you need your oversized item sooner, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@Lumensdesign.com, and we’ll do our best to arrange a faster shipping solution.

Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging your order, but in the event that your product arrives damaged during shipping, we will cover the cost of any damage that occurs during transit. Please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. This includes both standard and expedited shipping options, and we cover all shipping costs, including shipping damage that occurs during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can easily track your package. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been processed.
