We offer a 3-year warranty on all of our products (excluding bulbs). This warranty covers any defects or issues with the product under normal usage conditions.

If you experience any issues or have questions about the product within the 3-year warranty period, please contact us at info@Lumensdesign.com. Kindly include clear photos or videos that show the problem you're encountering, so we can better assist you.

  • Response Time: We will respond to your email within 4 hours and provide a solution for your issue.
  • Replacement Parts: If the issue is related to accessories, we will send you a free replacement via express shipping, which will typically arrive within 9-10 business days.
  • Electrical Issues: If the problem is related to the electrical circuit, our engineers will assist you and help solve the issue within 1-2 business days.

Important Note: We strongly recommend having a professional electrician install your products to avoid potential installation issues.

What’s Not Covered by Warranty

  • Damages caused by improper use (e.g., using the product in a way not intended by the manufacturer).
  • Accidental or man-made damage.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, etc.).

Support After 3 Years

Even after the 3-year warranty period, we are still here to help! While we will continue to offer technical support for any issues, please note that you will be responsible for any replacement costs and technical support fees after the warranty has expired.
